No nbn internet connection

I have set up new modem there is green light on 2g and 5g.. now i check that there is no nbn connection .. how i make arrangements for it.. as i am in big trouble now..make some arrangements please for me to get nbn connection

Currently, it says your NBN-FTTC installation is still in progress.
