Have plugged in new equipment for nbn more than 1 hour ago, rechecked all connections which are correct and still not connecting.

We have tried connecting to NBN. The green light is not coming on at all and the blue lights are only flashing. We have rechecked all the cords and it seems to all be plugged in fine. What else can we do?

We have tried connecting and double checked all connections and hasn't work. We sent messaged via wesite chat and have not received any responses. Please contact us.
