Could you send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can check if we need to return it.
I have several modems that were sent to me during the initial set up for NBN - after having multiple issues, I was advised I could have access to FTTB. I now have:
2x Nbn modem (one sent to myself, one brought by the technician)
1x Huawei HG659
2x TPlink AC1600 (one of which is in use currently)
I don’t need all of them - but am I meant to keep them while I have a contract with TPG? What do I do with the nbn modems?
