Oppo F7 Android phone not connecting to wifi

Hi, I'm having oppo F7 phone and i can’t connect to wifi. I tried restarting the phone, tried 'forget the network' and again re-entering the password but nothing. Only once it got connected and i could browse the internet smoothly but when i tried reconnecting, it failed. The phone gets connected to different wifi networks except for my own. Kindly help me find the solution. TIA
