Orange internet light AC1200 router

Hey guys,

Connected successfully today with TP-LINK AC1200 router plugged into data port on the wall - this data port is connected to a UNI-D 1 port on NBN box located outside residence. Tried 2 different data ports in the house to test their connection (both are not connected) and since reconnecting ethernet cable to original data port have only seen orange internet light on router and no internet connection. Have tried powering down modem & unplugging ethernet cable with no success.

Any help appreciated.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.
