Phone disconnection

We have just installed the new modem and our phone was changed from telstra to TPG with the same number (02 42564574).  The internet is working fine and we are able to call out on the phone but cannot receive incoming calls.  The message when you call our number is "the number you have called is not connected, please check the number and try again".  Could you please look into this as i need to be in contact with people at this time..  Regards Dorothy

Have you tried to factory reset TPG modem? It will take few minutes do to it but you can tried before contact Technical support.

This was posted on Monday. Telstra is delayed porting phones. This might be your problem.
