Picking up modem

Silly question:. If I wanted to pick up my FTTB modem in Brisbane, Queensland - where would I go ?

Welcome to TPG Community! 

We only arrange modem pick ups at our North Ryde branch. Nonetheless, if you are not around to receive the package, normally, StarTrack will leave a docket at your shipping address so you may claim the equipment at the nearest post office.
