Ping spikes at night

This has been happening to me for a few weeks now, ever since the 28th of last month. Almost always happens after/around 9pm and usually resolves around 10pm(ish). It was working perfectly fine for the last few months and have had stable ping (4/5ms) all day everyday until the 28th. Speed has also dropped to 85mbps from the usual 93.7mbps around these times. Have had the ping go to 80ms. I know you guys are capable of providing the constant stable ping, but unless this is fixed asap I'll be forced to move providers.

Let us help identify what is causing latency issues with the service and get to the bottom of this. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial assessment?
