Hi, this is Alvin, I'm a new user. I chose the no lock-in contract FTTB M bundle.

Today is my installation day and the technician failed to do the installation due to an issue happened that lead me to the situation that I need to cancel my application with TPG, and I would like to receive a refund as well, is it possible?
Please help me out.
