RECEIVING ALL EMAILS ON ALL DEVICES BUT CANNOT SEND ON ANY.

i AM ABLE TO RECEIVE e MAILS ON MY MOBILE, TABLE, AND LAPTOP, ALSO ON MY TPG ACCOUNT. HOWEVER I AM UNABLE TO SEND EMAILS ON ANY OF THE DEVICES. THE EMAILS JUST SIT IN OUTBOX. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY NBN, OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE SYSTEM. plEASE CAN YOU HELP AS THIS IS GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING. MANY THANKS.

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd like to confirm if you get an error message when sending emails also, have you tried to send email using our Post Office

 

In the event that its due to banned using SMTP, you may visit this artcie Cannot Send Email Rejected by the Server/Banned from using SMTP .

 

Let us know how it will go.
