Hi,

I'm running Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 170630 Rel.49402n.

I'm not having any problems,

Does this need upgrading?

Even though you are not experiencing any issues with your service, we can still upgrade the firmware of your modem to make sure that it keeps running smoothly.

Hi @mtelizapcdr1 

 

Our network Engineers was not able to detect your modem, which is why they weren't able to push to upgrade its firmware.

 

Could you factory reset the modem? The settings that you've changed will go back to its default, but it will automatically authenticate with the NBN server. Please let us know once done and will push for an update again.
