Just receiving weak security alerts on all my devices and I understand I just need to reconfigure the settings on the modem to correct this issue? Having trouble logging in to the Gateway (am using a HUAWEI HG659) - I'v ejust tried to use the default login details but is now saying I've failed 3 times? Please help!

Welcome to the Community!
If you don't remember if you changed the log in information for your modem interface, then you need to factory reset the device.
The log in information can't be retrieved, but performing a factory reset will bring it back to default.
