I need to reconnect my internet. Have been trying to contact TPG for several days with no luck.
Have paid my bill, NBN not in our apartment building yet so that's not the problem.
ADSL and Ethernet lights not coming on. Help please TPG as this is the second time in 2 months with the same problem.

In your case, your service is affected by an outage within the Telstra copper network. We were advised that they aim to restore the service by 1 April 2020. Your assigned Engineer will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call as soon as an update becomes available.
