I'm upgrading my wifi router to Redmi AX6000 but unable to get it work, I'm on tpg fttc please help with configuration thanks

If you are on a bundled NBN with VoIP plan, then you just need to configure the PPPoE with your TPG username and password. Set the VLAN ID to 2, then save.

On a data only NBN plan, no need to enable the VLAN ID and use the PPPoE configuration.

Once you are on the connection type PPPoE, you need to enter your TPG username and password. Once done, just click on save.

The internet should work after.

Thanks BasilDV. one more question, where can I locate my username and password, are they the same as the one I use to login to TPG my account.

Yes, it is your TPG my account login.

If you don't remember them, then you can check the email we've sent when you first sign up with us.
