Could you send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can check the status of the modem/router and progress of the escalated fault.
A technician came by today to fix my internet. He was able to fix it but has said my modem needs replacing as it's no longer working either.
I'm unable to get through to anyone on the phone to organise this. I don't mind paying, I just need it asap.
