Hi @yzxm
We dont offer support and guidance on all modems. You are much better off using a TPG supplied modem.
Programming VOIP use on non TPG supplied modems can be an issue.
If you wanted to PM me your username and/or Customer number, i can have a look at your current modem situation and see if we can help.
