Did you just sign up with an application to TPG? If so, the shipment of the modem will be provided via email. If you have not yet receive the details of the modem, send me a PM with your details.

I just moved in and I'm connecting to the internet, but I have an nbn modem installed in my apartment, but I don't have a tpg modem router. Requires a tpg modem router.
