Return TPG Wireless modem

Hi Team,

I have called TPG customer care and told them as I am moving out of country, I am closing the connection. They said at the end of the month it will be automatically closed.

I am travelling on 13/Jan/2024. I need to return modem before travelling. How can I get return address/label to to return the modem.
