Hi @Angelanewton85, for Home Wireless services, the cancellation will be finalised at the end of the current billing cycle. This date is indicated on the termination confirmation you have received. Once cancelled, we will send you another email with the prepaid shipping label which you can use to send the modem back. 21 days start on the you receive the label.
