Returning 5G broadband modem

Can you please tell me what I need to return in order to avoid the modem non-return fee? For example, do you require the box, manual, etc? Or just the modem and cables? Thanks.

Hi @ks2,

 

You need to return the actual modem and cables and put them on the original box if it is still available, or use your own box.

I have the modem, power cord and cables. Not the original box. So that is enough for the acceptable modem return right?

You can return the modem as long as it is secured in a box. Let's have a look at your account so we can check if we can send a return label for you.
