Router upgrade

Hey team, I have a tpg provided router Archer c1200. And after all of the research I found that parental controls don’t work on this router for https websites. It works for only http. Can I upgrade the router as most websites are https nowadays? And clearly with this I am unable to use parental control feature at all.

If you received the TP-Link Archer c1200, then your service might be under the NBN FTTP (Fibre to the Premises).

Any NBN compatible router will work with the type of technology you have.

Please make sure that you'll configure the third party router with PPPoE connection type and use your TPG username and password.
