Get online support
Up to my third router from TPG support. Support keeps telling me the wi-fi settings panel will appear on the homepage when I login using admin/password.
None of the modems have shown the wifi settings panels.
Need to change so that my many devices don't need to learn a new SSID/password pair.
Losing hope there is someone with decent technical knowledge within TPG organisation.
You may try to factory reset the modem/router first, then try to access the modem interface again.
Also, try different browsers to access the interface.
