Sagemcom 5866 5G Modem - Speed significantly slow

Hi

 

My internet speed became very slow, and sometimes doesn't open sites for the first time and have to try several times to get it connected. Did several factory resets, but doesn't change. It used to work fine till 3 weeks ago, but it seems like there is a twitch in the system or the area. Can you check whether it's an area thing or TPG 5G service suddenly became slow? my postcode is 2191 NSW.

Have you tried to relocate the modem/router aside from resetting it?

 

Did you notice any changes with the signal light status of it?
