Sagemcom 5866 5G Modem - cannot connect IPad Generation 4

We just upgraded our Wifi and received this modem. All our electronics have been connected but we cannot connect the IPad Generation 4. Does this mean that it’s too old?

Hi @mcb . More likely something wrong with Sagemcom.

What is the model of your old router?

You can configure it as access point and attach wifi devices to it.

Does your IPad gen 4 supports 2.4 Ghz? If it won't connect to 5Ghz, try to disable the band steering on the modem portal.
