Get online support
It used to but now it's not showing connected devices any more, I have tried to reboot several times but still the same.
As the same, accessing the LAN page "My Sagemcom Box - LAN" keeps failing, it keeps saying "Please wait" and finally it returns "404 Not Found" error

Since reboot is not working, please try to factory reset the modem/router.
Performing this, the settings you've changed before will go back to default and you may need to reconfigure it again.
