Sagemcom 5866T 5G modem - WiFi settings

Hi @mhutchz1 ,

 

Let us help check what why the modem is not letting us make change with the Wi-Fi settings. Could you send us  your details via PM? Also, what troubleshooting have you taken so far?

I have the same problem - no access control (see attached screenshots), can't see any devices connected to wifi and can't change any wifi setting. Please fix.

Hi Shane, I've restarted my modem and it's okay now, however I can't switch off 5GHz wifi and can't change its SSID. But I can live with that. No further response needed. Thanks.

Hi @mhutchz1 ,

 

You may try to disable the band-steering of the Wi-Fi network so you can have a control with both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network.
