Setup for TP-Link AC1200 router

My old Huawei HG659 stopped working and I got a TP-Link AC1200 from my friend. I've got NBN HFC connection and was trying to setup but I could not get any connection.

The Arris NBN box is working normal with all four lights are on.

I selected pppoe, put in my username and password but I couldn't get any connection.

Can anyone please give any help for setting it up? Or does the TP-Link AC1200 actually suit for what I need to get back on line? I don't use VoIP.

Please help.

Please check this link to the discussion by our customers which successfully used a different modem/router with their NBN HFC service. Settings are given as well, which you can try on your TP-Link AC1200.
