Slow internet connection of the new modem they introduced

We received our new modem which they have offered us fast internet connection but it’s been days that it’s been running slow, disappointing.

What speed are you getting with the service and what devices are effected? Please post a screenshot of the speed test on this thread for reference.

Send us your details (Customer ID/Username together with the address on file) so we can proceed with initial investigation.
