Slow internet speed

I have a superfast plan but the last few days the speed has dropped from over 200Mbps to below 70. Wired and wifi. I have turned off the modem for a period of time with no change.

Ran an initial test to the service it shows no line fault that could cause slow speed, we will arrange our Technical Team for real-time tets and investigation.

Could you send us a PM with your best contact number and preferred time tomorrow.
