Suboptimal routing to central us servers

Hi,

I'm having bad lag and packet loss playing an online game on US central servers located in Chicago. The connection is routed from Sydney to Hongkong and then to the US...the majority of the packet loss is occuring in the first HK hop from Sydney.

Why is the connection not direct to Los Angeles? Please reconfigure your connections directly to the US..

We'd like to check on this further and have this sorted as soon as possible.

Were you getting the same lag and packet loss before? Or it just occurred this week?

Are you experiencing the issue the whole day or at a specific time?
