I just made a NBN super-fast plan in TPG. But u guys don't give me the modem. I have checked some information which shows that the modem will supplied by TPG as a new NBN plan customer. Can you help me to get my modem？
If you have ordered a modem on this new application, it will be sent out once the initial fee is cleared on your account. An email notification will be sent out with the confirmation that the equipment order is in progress and once it is dispatched for delivery.
