I just made a NBN installation plan on 11/02. I just checked the installation progress that it shows that “We are currently processing your payment.” I think you guys have received my payment, as there is a deduction on my bank account. Hi I am gonna move to a new place, one question is that can i keep my original plan? I just tried to click "move a home" and it shows that i have to choose a new plan, and there is no choice for the superfast plan (I have checked that the superfast plan is available in my new apartment).  My original superfast plan for 200MBS only cost me $85 each month. I am having the same issue. Upgraded about 2 days ago to the superfast speed after 6 months of trial of the new speed. The download speed can only reach one-half of the previous （before upgrade）. I saw someone got same problem and they got solved. I just thinking do i need to change my modem? but i don't understand why the internet speed being changed even though i have the same plan. ...
