Attempted to update firmware of said router/modem and failed. It was late that I read that TPG has own firmware for the product. Now, I am unable to open router interface. Surfing to the router address gives me a blank white page. What is your advice reagrding the issue?

We tried to locate your account using your community details to no avail.
Have you tried to reset the modem? Also, have you tried using a LAN/Wired connection to access the modem interface?
We'll raise this with our Network Engineers if it's still possible to flush the firmware of the modem to reapply the once that we have.
