TP-LINK ARCHER VR1600V WIFI IS UNSTABLE. NBN INTERNET

Hi for quite a while I have detected that the wifi signal does not remain on and it drops out constantly and specially with my sony TV I have to restart my connection to wi-fi constantly.  sometimes it drops out every half an hour or so. 

I had to turn the modem's wifi on and off, and restart the modem and then wifi resumes, however the issue is that i have to do that constantly and has now become a problem.

 

Can you please fix my problem as this is no longer working for me and I will cancel my service if there is no solution. I have spokebn to technical support twice and there were no return calls to finalise. I was told my modem needed to be replaced.
