Have tried installing the new modem we received from TPG. The msg below keep appearing despite many attempts to reboot and reset. All the indicators including the internet are on. Would appreciate very much if you could help resolve this issue.

Msg:

Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.
