Hi,
Recently I had huge problems with my service. At one stage my remote sessions to my work Terminal server were disconnecting every 5 - 15 minutes!
After much harrashing of TPG Tech support an NBN Tecnician was finally despatched out to check out my FTTN service line. After visiting 2 pits and a junction(?) box way across the road he declared that the line is fine. What he did notice was when he took the DSL jack out of the back of the modem the DSL led was still lit up. Both he and I think that it should go off ? He suspect that the modem could be faulty.
Could I have my Firmware be upgrade before I consider replacing it?
