TP-Link Archer VR1600v - aged, yellow and running hot!

Hello 

My TPG service is still running on the original TPG supplied modem TP Link 1600v.    I notice the aging device is running hot to the touch with yellow casing marks.  I am considering this TPG modem as approaching end of life and wanted to ask if TPG will replace this hardware?
