TP-Link Archer VR1600v router keeps rebooting

Hi All,

My TP-Link Archer VR1600v router keeps roobting every 30-60 seconds. It seems to be an update by TPG of the modem settings that is really wrong. And yes I have turned it off and on and a factory reset.

When you advised that the device is rebooting, did you notice all of the lights on the modem/router goes off and on?

Is it directly connected to a power outlet or an extension?

Are you using the original power adapter that comes with the modem/router?

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to look into it as well.

Hi BAsilDV,

All lights go out with power light remaining on and then it goes through the boot cycle. Then reboots.

All original and directly to a power point.

It may be faulty as you've already performed a factory reset and reboot, but the issue still recurs.

I'll be waiting for your account details via PM for us to check the warranty of the device.
