My TP-Link Archer VR1600v router keeps roobting every 30-60 seconds. It seems to be an update by TPG of the modem settings that is really wrong. And yes I have turned it off and on and a factory reset.
When you advised that the device is rebooting, did you notice all of the lights on the modem/router goes off and on?
Is it directly connected to a power outlet or an extension?
Are you using the original power adapter that comes with the modem/router?
Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to look into it as well.

It may be faulty as you've already performed a factory reset and reboot, but the issue still recurs.
