TP Link Archer vr1600v powering off automatically

John1987

Hi, my TP Link Archer vr1600v has developed a fault where it will power off automatically, even though the power button is in the On position. Turning it off and back on will turn it on again, but then it powers off soon after.
I’ve performed a factory reset but the problem still exists.

Thank you

Hi @John1987,

Let us check if the modem is still under warranty so we can request a replacement. In the event that it is no longer under warranty, we can request a new modem for $99.95 plus a $10.00 shipping fee.

Could you send us a PM with your details to help us better understand the situation?

how to send a PM?

Regards,
