Accidentally reset router now no internet

My friend reset my router and now I have no internet. Been on hold with tpg for 3 hours even though it's supposedly a 40minute wait. Helppppp

The modem/router that we provide usually reconnects after a few minutes once you've reset it.

If it's not connecting, then we might need to check on what happened.
