TP-Link VR1600V V1 Modem firmware issue

I'm very happy with using your NBN internet service but recently I found my internet speed is quite lagging.
so I have checked the reseons is my modem Firmware version is too much out of date.
* Current my Modem
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n
Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v1 00000000
Please let my modem Firmware version very much Update!!
