The test results I got showed that the NBN box has been stable for almost 12 hours. It seems like the dropouts are only coming from the modem this time.
We'll have this coordinated with the assigned Case Engineer as to how this case will be progressed further. Please expect a call from our Engineering Team tomorrow between 1-2PM NSW.
