Thanks for raising this to us. What troubleshooting you have done so far? Please try to perform factory reset by pushing the small hole at the back of the modem/router for 3-5 seconds.

Lately, my modem will restarted and connection dropped itself. I think is the modem hardware issue,any advise TPG?Thank you.
