TP-Link VR1600v modem restarting itself

Lately, my modem will restarted and connection dropped itself. I think is the modem hardware issue,any advise TPG?Thank you.

Thanks for raising this to us. What troubleshooting you have done so far? Please try to perform factory reset by pushing the small hole at the back of the modem/router for 3-5 seconds.

Let us know how it will go.

Hi, I did reset modem before and the probems still not fixing after reseting modem.
