After 4 replacement units, this issue is still happening to me. NBN connection not an issue. Modem just restarts by itself. Moved power points from board then direct to the wall but still happening. TPG technician reckons it's a bad batch of modem but this is the 4th (!!!) replacement already. Is there an alternative? Really frustrated now because it disrupts the whole household and frequently happens when im in the middle of a work call.
Anyone else have this issue? Is there such a thing as a bad batch of manufactured modem? Can we change modems?
