TP-Link VX420-G2h Modem locked?

Hi there. I was wondering if my modem (VX420-G2h) is locked? I can't change the internet settings at all.

The device that we provide is not locked.

What internet settings are you trying to change? Are you able to share as screenshot of the said page?

Aren't you able to delete the information on the given page?

Have you tried to open the modem interface with a different browser? 

You may also try to open it on a different device.

Have you tried to use another browser or a different device to access the modem interface to change the settings?

If not, please do so.

If yes, try to factory reset the modem/router then try again,
