TPG 5G Home Modem return

Hi,

I received the return label for my 5G modem via email. It instructs me then to contact Star Track to arange pickup. I was however wondering if I can just drop it at my local AusPost with the label you've provided, as this would be a lot more convenient. Arranging a pickup would be difficult as I am not home most of the day.

We recommend to use the consignment label that we sent you to return the modem to us.
