Firmware update TP-Link Archer C1200

Hello

My TP-Link Wireless Router Archer C1200 is currently at old firmware and since it is not an unlocked modem the firmware update must be provided by TPG.

Current info of my modem is:

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.59779 (EU)

Hardware Version: Archer C1200 v1.0

Could you please guide me how to update the firmware of my modem.

Seems like your modem may have an older version of firmware. Pass along your  Customer ID or username via private message so we can request for a firmware update from our Tech team.
