Hi,
I have recently cancelled my 5G Home Broadband subscription and received an email with instructions on how to return the modem. I did as it was mentioned in the email, generated a return label and initiated the return via Australia Post on 25th August 2023. Its been 2 weeks and the modem has not been delivered yet (it says so in the in the Australia Post Tracking page). The last date to initiate the return is 14th September 2023. Can you please help with this issue as I do not want to incur the fine since I have done what was required.
