TPG 5g home Broadband unusable speed

Speed has been unbelievably slow for the past 7 days to the point where it was unusable, it could barely load a youtube video or website. 

 

I have tried various different method such as restarting router and resetting it, no luck. Please fix, I've had this issue many times and it comes and go.
